The Chemical Heritage Foundation (CHF), Philadelphia, PA, has named John R. Van Ness vice president for administration. In this new position, Dr. Van Ness will oversee CHF’s Othmer Library and Beckman Center for the History of Chemistry, as well as CHF’s development, public affairs and publications programs.
